SSP23 Beneficiaries of the Catalan Government Scholarships at the New Space Economy Congress

During the New Space Economy Congress in Barcelona, on 22nd November 2023, the beneficiaries of the Catalan Government scholarships for the International Space University’s (ISU) Space Studies Program SSP23, Mercè Cuixart, Alejandro Guerra and Adrián Fernández, presented their experience and learnings from the 9-week multidisciplinary professional development program held last July and August in São José dos Campos, Brazil.

Anna Ruiz-Ayala, from the Institute of Space Studies of Catalonia (IEEC), introduced the three young professionals who benefited from coverage of part of the tuition fees and from an additional scholarship awarded by the European Space Agency.

ISU’s SSP24 program will be hosted by Rice University and NASA Johnson Space Centre in Houston, Texas from 8 June to 3 August 2024.
