Join us at the ISU Adelaide Conference 2021, to take place online on 5th – 6th February 2021.

Following the successful inaugural International Space University ISU Adelaide Conference in early 2020, ISU again welcomes alumni, world experts, local industry, government representatives and all space enthusiasts to discuss International Collaboration in Asia-Pacific Space Activities.

The ISU Adelaide Conference 2021 team, comprising both ISU alumni and industry professionals, invites you to attend talks and panel discussions, network with space professionals, and reconnect with old classmates. While the gathering is organized and managed from Adelaide, Australia (the home of the ISU Southern Hemisphere Space Studies Program for the past ten years), it will be broadcast to delegates online via Zoom, and accessible from anywhere in the world.

The conference discussions and activities will focus on the latest developments in collaborative efforts in the Asia-Pacific region which use space technologies and capabilities to address challenges on Earth. The conference provides a platform to showcase space capabilities and foster international collaboration in the Asia-Pacific region through policy initiatives, research endeavors and commercial projects.

Confirmed speakers include members of space agencies throughout the region as well as international experts and emerging leaders from industry, research organizations and government.

Among these distinguished speakers will be none other than Dr Hajime Yano, the team lead for the retrieval of the Hayabusa2 space probe that landed in Woomera, South Australia in 2020.
